GoalKeepers - Weight Loss & Nutrition

GoalKeepers is a six-session weight-loss and nutrition series.  Meeting once a week for 90 minutes, the small group enviroment will offer support, accountability, and nutritional education to assit you to your goals.  85% of what we look like, what our body composition consists of, and how we feel is determined by what we put in our mouths - not how much time we spend at the gym.

Once you make the commitment, you will spend six weeks mindfully food-journaling, supporting one another, and equipping yourself with the knowledge needed to live smarter.  GoalKeepers is not a diet. It is a holistic program based on whole-food nutrition.  This class is intended as a springboard for living healthier for the rest of your life.  It's a great class for couples to enroll in together to bring the message of health home to the family.
